Terms

The agreement, without the parts designed to be skipped.

You are buying a subscription licence to run the software on a set number of machines. If you stop paying, it goes read-only rather than locking you out. You can cancel at any time without a fee.

Draft — not yet in force. This document is written from what the software does, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and some details of the company it names are not yet set. Do not rely on it, and do not submit this site for payment-provider approval until this notice is gone.

1. Who this agreement is with

This agreement is between you and [legal entity — not yet set], trading as Guhl Motors ("we", "us"). By installing or using Fullsend Tuner Toolkit ("the software") you accept it.

Sales are made through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, which cover payment, tax and invoicing. Where their terms govern the transaction and ours govern the software, both apply.

2. What you are licensed to do

While your subscription is current we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own tuning work, commercial or otherwise, on up to the number of machines your plan includes. A machine is a seat: Hobbyist includes one, Shop includes three, and additional seats can be added to a Shop plan.

Seats move. You can release a seat from your account, or from the machine you are trying to activate, and use it elsewhere. We do not limit how often you do this and we do not require you to ask us.

3. What you may not do

Do not share your licence key outside your own organisation, work around the seat count, or redistribute or resell the software. Do not decompile or reverse engineer it except to the extent that law gives you a right we cannot exclude.

Your licence key is a credential. If it leaks, tell us and we will issue you a new one — that button is in your account and does not require a support ticket.

4. The trial

The trial runs 14 days and gives you the complete application with nothing held back. A card is required to start it, and unless you cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the price and on the date shown to you before you entered the card.

We email you when the trial starts, stating the amount and the date, and again three days before the charge. Cancel at any point during the trial and you are never charged.

5. Billing, cancellation and what happens after

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance. You can cancel in one click from your account, without contacting us and without giving a reason. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. When you cancel you keep full access for the period you have already paid for.

After that, the software switches to read-only rather than shutting you out. You can open any config, view every map, read your logs, and save work you have open. Editing maps, smart fill, interpolation, smoothing and export stop until you resubscribe. Your files remain yours and remain on your own disk. The whole policy is on the lapse page and it is a term of this agreement, not a courtesy.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Licence checks and working offline

The software checks your licence with our servers about once a day when it can reach them. Each check issues a credential valid for 30 days, followed by a 14-day grace period, so the software keeps working normally for up to 44 days with no connection at all. This is deliberate: dyno bays and drag strips do not have wifi.

The same window means a cancelled or revoked licence can keep working until it expires. We accept that trade rather than making the software depend on our servers being up.

7. Updates

A current subscription includes updates. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove something you depend on, we will say so in the changelog rather than let you find out. We do not force updates and we do not disable older versions remotely.

8. What we do not promise

The software suggests values. It does not tune your engine and it cannot know your hardware, your fuel, your boost target or your safety margins. Every value that reaches an ECU is your decision and your responsibility. Engines and turbochargers are destroyed by bad tunes, and no software can prevent that.

The software is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for engine damage, vehicle damage, lost work, lost income, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, because it cannot be.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end a licence if it is being shared outside your organisation or used to work around the seat count, and we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first, unless the law prevents us.

Read-only access survives the end of this agreement. That is the point of it.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will date the change here and email you before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, cancel — and if the change is material and you cancel because of it, ask us for a refund of the unused part of your period and we will give it to you.

11. Law, and how to reach us

This agreement is governed by the law of [jurisdiction — not yet set]. Any consumer protections you have where you live still apply and are not affected by that.
